About the Event
Featuring: Sage, your Cacao Ceremony and Movement Medicine Guide and Erin, your Reiki Master and Meditation Guide for the evening!
We are THRILLED to host a very special Self-Love Cacao Ceremony & Rose Celebration on Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 1pm-4pm at Red Petal Co. located in the Port Dalhousie area of St.Catharines.
Erin will be leading you through a powerful heart-releasing exercise and a beautiful heart-clearing and connecting meditation while the cacao is being prepared and enjoyed together.
Sage will then guide us through the movement medicine piece as the cacao connects within and unfolds for each of us. Movement with cacao will help bring her alive within you and help to anchor in the medicine.
When you surrender into mother cacao your heart opens and allows the old, blocked and unwanted energies to release- feeling so much lighter and free, and more connected and in love with your whole Self.
It’s like clearing out the energetic storage unit that’s been weighing you down and taking up valuable space in your heart chakra so that you can feel, spread, receive, and emit more love, peace, and gratitude.
Roses represent unconditional self-love, grace, beauty, magic and the Heart chakra. We will be weaving Rose essential oil, Fresh Roses and Rose quartz into the evening, adding this beautiful layer to the ceremony.
