An Evening of Inner Connection with Leah and Erin

Featuring: Leah, your Skin Care Specialist at Gratitude Skin Care and Erin, Reiki Master from Red Petal Co.

We are THRILLED to host a very special Evening of Inner Connection on Thursday, April 23, 2023 from 6pm-8pm at Gratitude Skin Care located in downtown St.Catharines.

Leah will be guiding you through a tension-relieving facial massage to sculpt, de-puff and bring you a youthful glow (comes with a rose glow oil sample). After learning this technique you can bring it home and easily add it into your self-care practices.

Erin will be guiding you through a chakra-connecting meditation that teaches you all about the 7 main chakras, their characteristics and elements along with powerful breathwork exercises to clear, connect, and align with your body and energetic system. During the meditation, Leah will be offering a mini tension-relieving massage for deeper relaxation and connection.
